Shipping charges are determined by your requested shipping method and the estimated weight and destination of the order at the time of shipment. [Note that all physical orders will be shipped within 3 working days and it will be delivered to customer within 6 days]

Paper copies of requested teaching material are printed at the time an order is placed. We are unable to cancel and refund on completed order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns on these items or on master copies that have been delivered electronically; however, we do accept returns of unused copyright permissions in the event that a final course enrollment number is less than anticipated at the time an order was placed.[Note return can be made in 48 hours of the order received.Refund will be made through online mode in 10 working days]
